Your Trip Design Fee covers the time, research, expertise, and coordination that go into thoughtfully designing your experience. It is separate from the cost of travel, and due before we begin any work.​ The Trip Design Fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to travel or book the arrangements we've researched.

Passports, visas, entry permissions, health documentation, and other travel requirements are ultimately your responsibility. Requirements can change, so we encourage you to stay informed and ensure that you have the documentation necessary for every destination and connection on your journey.

Every engagement begins with an agreed scope of services based on your travel plans and priorities. If your plans evolve or you request additional destinations, significant itinerary changes, or services beyond that scope, we will communicate any additional Planning Fees before moving forward.​

Hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, cruise lines, insurance carriers, and other suppliers are independently responsible for the services they provide. Their terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies apply to the arrangements you purchase.

We will thoughtfully research and recommend arrangements based on your preferences, but every booking is made with your knowledge and approval. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and travel documents carefully and promptly notifying us of any corrections or changes needed.

Travel can be affected by circumstances beyond anyone's control, from schedule changes and severe weather to changes in entry requirements or Supplier operations. We will do our best to assist and coordinate when plans change, while recognizing that we cannot control or guarantee the services provided by independent suppliers.
