Discover
Every journey begins with a complimentary consultation.
During our conversation, we'll get to know you, your travel style, your goals, and what matters most to you. We'll discuss your destination ideas, preferred travel dates, budget, accommodations, and the experiences you hope to have.
This conversation helps us determine whether we're the right fit and provides the foundation for designing your itinerary.

Design
Next, you'll receive the planning fee for your trip. Upon payment, we'll begin researching and designing your personalized itinerary. Your planning fee supports the time, expertise, and research required to create a customized travel experience. Planning fees vary based on complexity of desired trip.
We'll work with you to refine your itinerary to your exact specifications.

Reserve
After you've approved your itinerary, we'll coordinate the booking of your travel arrangements. This includes all flights, transfers, hotels/resorts, tours, and activities. All you have to do is pack!

You won't be left on your own once you depart. We're here to help navigate the unexpected and provide support throughout your journey.
